What "intel graphics command center vsync locking bloxstrap at 60 fps" means
Players type "intel graphics command center vsync locking bloxstrap at 60 fps" when they want the Windows Roblox bootstrapper, not a new client.
Bloxstrap writes files on disk and starts RobloxPlayerBeta.exe. It does not inject.
Roblox later allowlisted FastFlags and Bloxstrap 2.10 removed the editor — Discord RPC and mods still work.
